Coal Screening
After collecting coke from multiple sites at Tata Steel, we start screening these materials In DO#2 (Site Name) area wherein we have stationed a 200 TPH double Deck screen which produces +35 mm Hard cokes +10 mm Nut cokes and Coke breeze. After sorting we transport the same to blast furnace sites.
Iron Screening
We get iron ore from Tata Steel for screening them In TH#4 areas. It’s a highly modified screen where we are using + 10 mm net, End product is iron ore lumps, and rejected fines go to the slag dump area for reuse.
We also work with some of the globally recognised mining companies like Adani Group. Currently we have a 250 TPH mobile crusher and screener deployed at Kurmitar Iron ore mines, Odisha wherein we are handling the entire work of crushing and screening of Iron ore.

Sludge Dump Screening
Here we get different types of materials like sludge, mill scales, iron ore fines, iron dust, lime dust, etc. We mix all the given materials in a specified ratio and make a new product. As all the above-mentioned materials are waste from different departments therefore we use a +10 mm screen to remove scraps and make a finished product namely PSW.
