Warehouse and Supply Chain Management

Warehousing is an integral part of a steel plant’s supply chain as a lot of raw materials are sourced in bulk quantities which require proper warehousing same goes for finished products. We are currently operating in multiple stores where various spare parts are stored for any plant operation. We provide material handling equipment like forklifts, Loaders, EOT and other cranes, Truck and Trailers, etc to facilitate logistics and operations. Our scope of work at such warehouses comprise management of inventory at the store as well as transportation of the same to the customer department. Over the years we have endeavoured to make the operations smoother by implementing changes to the RFID system for better inventory management, GPS tracking to ensure timely delivery of the package.
